Measuring Principle
Analysis of watch case deformation under vacuum and/or pressure and with consideration of the deformation behavior.
Deformation Measurement
Measuring rate: -500 to +1,200 um, resolution: 0.01 um
Test Pressures
Testing with up to 3 test pressures. Vacuum -0.1 to -0.8 bar in steps of 0.1 bar. Pressure 0.1 to 10 bar in steps of 0.1 bar
Programs
Quick selection, favorites list, 5 fixed and 50 parametrizable programs, LeakFinder program, program for device check (reference leak)
Parameter InputsUp to 3 different test pressures, input of the watch case diameter to specify the volume or the known internal volume of the watch, measurement time 20 to 600 s or automatic, limit values per test pressure for the leakage rate, min./max. deformation limits for additional test safety, leakage rate units ug/min, ul/min and mm3/min
Display.Input5 inch color screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, capacitive tough function, user interface languages: E/F/D/I/SP
Display of ResultsNo leak/leaking, numerical values for max. deformation, leakage rate and result per test pressure, measurement times and overall result
Results memoryRing memory for 100 measurements results
Interfaces2x USB Type A ports, 1x USB Type B port, 1x RJ45 Ethernet, Bluetooth (with optional dongle)
Print-out using Tape PrinterPrint-out of test parameters and results, input for customer specific logo and text
